Sunrise Marketplace has announced a harvest festival and car show slated for Saturday, Oct. 23, outside Sunrise Mall.
The event will be held in conjunction with the weekly farmer’s market held each weekend at the mall, with activities scheduled from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the car show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Activities set for the event include pumpkin painting, free Halloween raffle, live entertainment, and free treats.
A kid’s Halloween costume contest is also scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The farmer’s market features over 70 vendors, specialty foods, and other items.
