The City of Citrus Heights will host its annual tree lighting this Wednesday.
The event will be held outside City Hall from 6-8:30 p.m., on Dec. 6, 2023. Festivities will feature train rides around City Hall, Santa’s Workshop with kids activities, holiday sing-a-longs, and photos with Santa Clause.
The event traditionally features a countdown leading up to the lighting of the tree. According to the city’s website, hot cocoa and cookies will also be served during the event.
The city says parking will be available behind City Hall, with access from the northern entrance of the City Hall parking lot. City Hall is located at 6360 Fountain Square Drive.
